Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 30, 2026
At Hustle Reward, privacy is a priority. I believe in transparency and treating your data with the same respect I would expect for my own. This policy explains clearly and without complicated legal jargon what I do (and what I don't do) with your information.
1. What data do I collect and why?
This website operates under the principle of "data minimization." I only ask for what is strictly necessary:
- Data requested: Your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Where it is collected: Through the newsletter subscription form.
- Purpose: Solely to send you my emails, which may include articles, news, tips, and product or service recommendations that I believe will be of interest to you.
- Legal Basis: Your consent. By checking the acceptance box on the form, you give me explicit permission to write to you.
2. Tools and Third Parties (Full Transparency)
For this website to function, I use services from trusted external providers. Here is who they are and what they do:
Email Marketing Provider: MailerLite
To manage the subscription list and send emails, I use MailerLite. This means your name and email address are stored on their servers.
MailerLite is committed to GDPR compliance. You can review their privacy policy here.
Private Web Analytics: Umami Analytics
Unlike most websites, I DO NOT use Google Analytics. I use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool.
- No Cookies: Umami does not install cookies on your browser.
- No Personal Tracking: It does not collect personal data or track you across other websites.
- Anonymous Data: Your IP address is anonymized. I only see aggregated statistics (e.g., "10 people visited the homepage today"), but I cannot identify who you are.
3. Cookie Policy and Affiliate Links
First-party cookies: This website itself does not install tracking or advertising cookies.
Affiliate Links: Occasionally, I may share links to third-party products or services. If you click on those links:
- You will be redirected to the third party's website.
- That third party may install a cookie on your browser to know that you came from my site (which allows me to receive a small commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you).
- I recommend reviewing the privacy policy of those destination websites, as they are outside my control.
4. How long do I keep your data?
I will keep your data (name and email) for as long as you remain subscribed to my mailing list. The moment you decide to unsubscribe, your data will be blocked and subsequently deleted, unless the law requires me to retain it for tax or legal purposes for a specific period.
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your data. At any time, you can:
- Access: Ask me what data I hold about you.
- Rectify: Correct your email address or name if there is an error.
- Erase (Right to be Forgotten): Ask me to delete your data.
- Limit or Object: Ask me to stop using your data for sending emails.
How to exercise these rights?
The fastest way is to click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email I send you. You can also write to me directly at [email protected].
This privacy policy was last updated on January 30, 2026. I reserve the right to modify it to adapt to legislative changes, but I will always notify you of significant changes.
